Creative Retouching for Advertising, Editorial and Photographers.
Crafted with precision using high-end Photoshop and enhanced with AI when it serves the image — never the other way around
Over the years I’ve done everything from magazine covers to working for the Natural History Museum, from lifestyle shoots to huge batches of product images. I’m especially fond of larger jobs. The ones where you have to get into the zone. The ones that need speed, consistency, and a bit of systems thinking. I build Photoshop action workflows that take the slog out of repetition.
This isn’t some glossy, airbrushed version of retouching. It’s solid, practical, and very satisfying work. And I’ve been doing it long enough to know exactly how to get from A to B without faffing around. Im down to earth and get on with it is what I mean. These days, I also bring AI into the mix. Not as a replacement for skill, but as another tool in the box. It helps speed things up and opens new creative doors—but it still takes a trained eye to get a polished result. I use it where it makes sense. I however refer to skill learnt in the 1990s and onwards to finesse image.
